Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before engaging with our services

Home Terms of Service
Effective Date: June 2025

By engaging with Auroelle's matchmaking services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. These terms govern the relationship between Auroelle Matrimonial Services and its members, and are designed to ensure a trustworthy, respectful, and effective matchmaking experience for everyone.

1

Application Requirements

Your application must be complete, accurate, and duly signed. The following documents are required at the time of registration:

  • Two recent passport-sized photographs

  • Date of birth certificate as proof of age

  • Photo identity proof (Passport, Voter ID, or equivalent)

  • Educational certificates

  • Aadhaar Card

  • In the case of a divorce, the relevant decree or legal documentation must also be provided

2

Membership & Cancellation

Auroelle reserves the right to cancel the membership of any member — without refund of membership fees — if it is found, at any stage, that the member has provided incorrect, misleading, or fraudulent information during the application process or at any point thereafter.

⚠️

Providing false information is a serious breach of these Terms. Auroelle takes the integrity of its member community extremely seriously and will act swiftly to protect it.

3

Accuracy of Information

Auroelle will not be accountable or liable for any information provided by an applicant or member. As marriage is a deeply sensitive and personal matter, members are solely responsible for independently confirming the authenticity of all facts and representations before proceeding with any final arrangements.

We strongly recommend that members and their families conduct their own due diligence. Our team is available to assist and guide you through this process, but independent verification remains the member's responsibility.

4

Liability & Disclaimers

Auroelle shall not be held accountable in the event of any incorrect match arising from falsification of information provided by any party. While our matchmakers exercise every reasonable care in curating introductions, the accuracy of member-submitted data is beyond our direct control.

Auroelle will not be liable for any loss, damage, or dispute arising from any match or introduction facilitated through our services, where such outcomes result from inaccurate, incomplete, or misleading information.

5

Verification & Due Diligence

While Auroelle endeavours to verify all candidates and undertakes steps such as horoscope matching, personality assessment, and social background checks as part of its moral and social responsibility, the company cannot be held responsible if any outcome does not meet a member's expectations or results in an unsuitable union.

ℹ️

Our verification process is thorough, but no matchmaking service can guarantee outcomes. We encourage all members to remain active participants in their own journey and raise any concerns with their dedicated matchmaker promptly.

6

Age of Majority

It is the responsibility of the member and their family to ensure that all parties have attained the legally prescribed age of majority at the time of their marriage. Auroelle does not facilitate, support, or condone any arrangement involving minors.

7

Service Modifications

Auroelle reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to add, delete, modify, or suspend any or all additional and complementary services at any time, as it deems fit. Members will be informed of any material changes to services included in their membership plan wherever possible.

8

Match Availability

Auroelle is under no obligation to provide a specific number of match options if there are no suitable profiles in our database that align with a member's stated criteria. Matchmaking is an art as well as a process, and results depend on the compatibility of available profiles at any given time.

Our team will always strive to present the most relevant introductions possible within the constraints of our current member pool.

9

Registration Completion

The registration form must be completed in full before the matchmaking process can commence. Incomplete applications will not be considered for match-making purposes.

⚠️

Any outstanding information must be furnished within 25 days of initial submission. Failure to do so within this period will result in the initial deposit being forfeited.

10

Duplicate Matches & Prior Connections

Members are required to inform Auroelle in writing if any match presented by us has already been received through, or is being actively pursued via, another matrimonial service or agency.

  • If a member fails to disclose such a connection and subsequently enters into a marriage alliance with that match, the applicable service fee becomes payable to Auroelle upon fixation of the marriage.

  • Similarly, if a match was initially declined by the member and a marriage alliance is later made with the same individual — whether through Auroelle or otherwise — the service fee is due to Auroelle upon confirmation of the alliance.

These terms exist to protect the integrity of our service and ensure our matchmakers are fairly recognised for their work. In cases of uncertainty, please consult your dedicated matchmaker before proceeding.

11
