Yes. Every member undergoes a verification process that includes identity verification linked to (Aadhaar/Passport) / Linkedin etc . For our Signature and Bespoke members, we conduct in-person Video verification as well before matching.
We work on 1:1 basis with dedicauted focus & attention to each member. We discuss your likings, preferences & pitch/promote your profile to perspective closest matches. At times, we also help in ice-breaking the conversations / approaching the perspective people you recommend.
Your dedicated Auroelle matchmaker handles all coordination end-to-end — from the initial introduction to scheduling meetings & post-meeting queries/feedback. You never need to reach out directly to the other family; we manage everything with complete discretion and sensitivity.
After your onboarding is completed , your matchmaker curates profiles from our verified database that align with your preferences — values, lifestyle, profession, community & location. Each profile is discused with You.You receive a small number of high-quality introductions at a time rather than an overwhelming list. Each match is hand-selected, not algorithmically generated.
Your matchmaker reaches out proactively via your preferred channel — phone, WhatsApp or email. You are never left waiting without communication; we provide regular check-ins and updates throughout your membership period.
We cannot guarantee a confirmed match, as alliances ultimately depend on mutual interest and consent from both families. What we do guarantee is authentic, verified profiles, complete due diligence, and dedicated support from your matchmaker throughout the entire process.
Yes. Your profile is never publicly searchable or visible to other members without your explicit consent. Introductions only happen when both parties agree. For Bespoke members, we offer full NDA-backed confidentiality and can arrange introductions without either party knowing the source.
It is our utmost priority to ensure the facts furnished by members are authentic. Every applicant submits a photograph, date of birth proof, and identity proof, alongside detailed questions on personal values, qualifications, and employment. Basis Memebership Plans- we also partner with verification agencies for pre-matrimonial checks where required, and reserve the right to terminate membership without refund if false information comes to light. We still encourage every family to independently verify details before taking the final step.
The Basic plan (₹29,999) gives you 2 introductory experience with curated matches. Premium (₹49,999) extends this to 4 introductions over 12 months. Signature (₹89,999/year) is our most popular — a senior matchmaker, up to 7 introductions, relationship coaching, and NRI Reach. Bespoke is fully custom — founder-led, globally networked, and designed for HNI and high-profile individuals who require maximum discretion.
Yes. You can upgrade to a higher membership tier at any time by paying the difference on a pro-rata basis. Your matchmaker will simply carry forward your existing preferences and match history into the new tier.
Refunds are not applicable, as our model is based on the quality of service delivered — verified introductions, matchmaker support, and coordination — rather than a guaranteed outcome. This is outlined clearly at the time of enrolment so there are no surprises later.
Yes — we have an active NRI network across the USA, UK, Canada, UAE, Singapore, Australia, and New Zealand. All consultations are conducted virtually via video call, and we can arrange introductions both within the NRI community globally and with profiles based in India. Our matchmakers are experienced in understanding the unique needs of diaspora families.
There is no fixed timeline — meaningful connections are not rushed. Most members receive their first introduction within 1-3 weeks of onboarding. The overall journey depends on how many introductions it takes to find the right fit, and how quickly both families progress. Our philosophy is quality over speed: we would rather take 6 months to find the right person than 6 weeks to find the wrong one.
Yes, with great sensitivity and without judgement. We serve members who are divorced, widowed, or seeking a second marriage across all communities. Our matchmakers are trained to handle these situations with care, and we maintain a dedicated pool of verified profiles open to second-marriage alliances — both with and without children.
Yes. If you'd like a deeper background check beyond our standard verification — professional, financial, or personal — we can arrange this through our partner agencies. Charges are billed as per actuals and discussed with you upfront before any work begins.
We arrange Online meetings & There is no fixed limit. Meetings are facilitated whenever both sides mutually agree to proceed. We continue supporting you fully throughout your membership validity period, until the process naturally concludes with the right match.
