Auroelle offers a curated range of matchmaking and allied services, including personalised matchmaking, pre-marital counselling, astrology consultation, personality development, professional photo shoots, video profiling, health screening, and pre-matrimonial verification.
Refunds for these services are assessed on a case-by-case basis. As each member's journey is unique, we encourage you to contact our team directly to discuss your specific situation, and we will work toward a fair resolution.
All deposits and payments made towards Auroelle's services are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a separate written agreement or contract signed between you and Auroelle.
We strongly recommend reviewing all payment terms and conditions in full before making any deposit or advance payment. Our matchmakers are happy to walk you through the plan details before you commit.
If you need to cancel your membership or any service arrangement with Auroelle, please notify us as soon as possible in writing at hi@auroelle.com.
Cancellation fees will vary depending on the stage of your journey and the services already rendered on your behalf. Our team will work with you individually to determine a fair and reasonable resolution based on the circumstances.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control — including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of terrorism, government-mandated shutdowns, or other emergencies — Auroelle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule services.
In such cases, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs and offer suitable alternatives at no additional cost.
Where a cancellation request is received, any applicable refund will be determined based on the specific circumstances and the extent of services already delivered. Every request is evaluated individually and a fair resolution will be provided within a reasonable timeframe.
Please note that third-party costs incurred on your behalf — such as pre-matrimonial verification, professional photo shoots, health screening, astrology consultations, and video profiling — may be subject to separate refund policies outlined by the respective service providers, and may not be recoverable by Auroelle.
